Big sister Britney Spears gave birth to her first child on September 14, 2005. His name is Sean Preston and he is one chubby kid (6 lbs 11 oz). Jamie Lynn Spears is now an aunt and she looks adorable next to that adorable nephew of hers. She posted this picture of herself holding Sean Preston on her myspace page. Sean Preston is 10 months old in the pic. And Jamie Lynn Spears is 14. What a cute couple!

Looks like Sean Preston has chocolate ice cream all over his lips – I’m not an expert, but I’ve heard that feeding babies on chocolate might not be the best of ideas. Never the less, it’s a cute picture, it’s a snapshot just the way people take snapshots at home. Very candid and natural. Sean Preston seems to be doing well.

Britney Spears made an unexpected appearance on the set of Zoey 101 -a “tween” show by Nickelodeon and completely berated Alexa Nikolas who’s a Zoey 101 co-star of Britney’s little sister Jamie Lynn Spears. Alexa Nikolas is 13 years old and is a big fan of Britney Spears. Being torn to pieces by her idol like that was a heart tearing experience for Alexa Nikolas, who’s been buying Britney’s CDs since she was six years old. Witnesses of the incident say that it was uncalled for and Alexa Nikolas was upset and was crying. Britney allegedly exchanged hash words with the teenage girl but she left like she was sticking up for Jamie Lynn.

Jamie Lynn Spears was scheduled to appear on Regis and Kelly to talk about the latest season of Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 in which she stars. The talk show was right after Hurricane Katrina and since Jamie Lynn lives in Louisiana, they talked about how it was. Luckily Kentwood is about hour away from New Orleans so The Spears were outside of the destructive zone of Hurricane Katrina. Jamie Lynn and some of her friends landed their helping hand to the Red Cross who were aiding those most affected by the devastating Hurricane.

Jamie Lynn just dyed her hair dark and looked very sexy in it. Her smile resembles Britney Spears big time. At times you couldn’t even tell she was Britney’s little sister and not Britney herself. The hosts were asking about Britney a lot and even though Jamie Lynn seemed aggravated by constant questions about her pop star sister, she did keep her cool and never really lost it. Mother Lynn Spears must be proud of little Jamie Lynn. We wish her all the best in her career as a star of Zoey 101.
