Jamie Spears (full name Jamie Parnell Spears), dad of Jamie Lynn and Britney Spears who’s been separated form his wife and mother of the girls Lynne Spears didn’t spend Christmas holidays with her pregnant daughter. US Weekly claims that Jamie Spears is still angry with Lynne and Jamie Lynn for selling the story of his little daughter’s pregnancy to OK! Magazine.

Daddy Jamie lives in LA and is said to be a private chef. He’s entirely self sufficient and doesn’t get any money from his daughters. It allegedly made him furious to learn that they have sold the pregnancy story (and it is likely he will not see a dime off of the loot).

Star Magazine made its contribution to an endless array of rumors about who is the daddy of 16 years old Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby. They claim that Casey Aldridge is NOT the daddy and their sources suggest that it could be one of the Zoey 101 executives. Casey Aldridge is only used to take the heat because the real father could face statutory rape charges. On a bright side, though, Casey Aldridge is getting paid to shut up and take it so the real father remains unidentified – Star Magazine claims.

Star Magazine sources also say that the older Zoey 101 executive is taking advantage of his position and used it to use Jamie Lynn. Star further claims that the relationship between Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge has not been working lately and their dating went on and off. Some of the ridiculous claims say that Jamie Lynn went on to date K-Fed’s brother (I think this is bs).

Another nameless dude came into the scene claiming that Casey Aldridge made his sister pregnant back in a day. Duh! so many stories to choose from. So to recapitulate – so far the rumors say the father of Jamie Lynn’s baby is either of the three:

Lil’ Romeo aka Percy Romeo Miler is a rapper, a basketball player and a star of his own show on Nickelodeon where 16 years old Jamie Lynn Spears also stars in a show Zoey 101. Based plain and simple on a time frame – Jamie Lynn is 12 weeks pregnant – it is unlikely Lil’ Romeo could be the father and this rumor is just that – a rumor. But let’s not be premature. The report came from The New York Daily and who knows what kind of insiders they have.

Britney Spears is reportedly furious that her little sister Jamie Lynn didn’t come to her with news of her pregnancy but left her to find it out from newspaper reports.

Reports further say that Britney and Jamie Lynn did get a hold of each other in the meantime and talked about pregnancy and related issues, but when they talk it’s no longer as if two sisters who are close to each other talked. Jamie Lynn allegedly blames her famous sister for estranging herself from the family and being too focused on herself.

It is likely the famous Spears’ sisters will not spend the Christmas together. Britney Spears is 26 years old, while Jamie Lynn Spears is 16.

Despite countless claims of numerous tabloids, mother Lynne Spears‘ upcoming book is not going to be a parenting how-to. Mom Lynne Spears has allegedly given it a title which many reporters gladly confused – Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World. Michael S. Hyatt, the representative of Thomas Nelson, Inc. – the publisher of the book said today that the topic of the book is not “parenting”.

He also mentioned that reporting that the book will be about parenting would fuel tabloid readership, but it is simply not true”. The book of Lynne Spears’ memoirs will provide a first hand peak into the real life world of fame and world wide success and will also deal with the price one has to pay in exchange for the goods.

It really seemed after the statement the representative of Nickelodeon released right after the news of her pregnancy was revealed to OK magazine by Jamie Lynn Spears, that this was the end of her career as Zoey 101 star. However today it was confirmed by Nickelodeon that “tweens” show Zoey 101 is going to go on… at least for now.

According to Nickelodeon spokeswoman Marianne Romano, the future of Zoey 101 remains with no changes to its schedule. That could mean number of things, and it is possible that the Nickelodeon network wants to see the reaction of fans and sponsors before they take drastic measures.

The entire fourth (final) season of Zoey 101 has already been filmed. The network is planning production of special on teenage pregnancy that will be hosted by Linda Ellerbee on Nick News.

No questionable matters have been solved today. One of them was the real age of Casey Aldridge and another one was whether he could face charges for being an adult and having sexual relations with a minor (Casey Aldridge was known to be 19 and his girlfriend Jamie Lynn Spears is 16). Well, problem solved.

Department of Motor Vehicles in Mississippi allegedly confirmed today, that Casey Aldridge was born on April 29, 1989. That means he is 18 and as such felony carnal knowledge charges don’t apply to him even if he did have sex with 16 years old Jamie Lynn Spears who is said to be expecting his baby. Let’s only hope Jamie Lynn will not follow in the footsteps of her sister in regards to court cases, cause even though this one is not going to be one, there could be many more. Let’s hope Jamie Lynn is not going to be like her big sister Britney (who is 26).

19 years old Casey Aldridge, the boyfriend of 16 years old Jamie Lynn Spears and an expectant father of her unborn baby could be in trouble for sex with a minor. The reports are not clear on his exact age, but if he’s 19, then he could be facing felony carnal knowledge charges. If he’s 18, which according to some reports he is, then he will be OK.

Louisiana state law states that a person who is 19 years of age or older could face felony carnal knowledge charges if proven to have had sex with a person who is over the age of 13 and under the age 17. Jamie Lynn just turned 16 last April so she fits the bill perfectly. The only question now remains – what is your exact age, Casey Aldridge? According to Louisiana law, persons find guilty of felony carnal knowledge could face up to 10 years in prison and a $5k fine.

I personally can’t imagine anyone pressing any charges against Casey Aldridge. He’s been dating Jamie Lynn Spears for 2 and a half years which means they started dating when they were both teens and both underage. They have likely started their sexual relationship before Casey reached adulthood (18 years of age). Casey has been Jamie Lynn’s stay in boyfriend for a while too. It is clear that the two loved each other and were serious about the relationship. Any charges against Casey Aldridge would have to be utterly ridiculous.
