Jamie Lynn passed her General Educational Development GED exam last month and her reading comprehension score was particularly good. Right now she thinking of taking the ACT college entrance test – as reported by the friend.

She is leaving the Tangipahoa Parish School System Adult Education Center in Hammond, Louisiana, the place where convicts, drop-outs and teen-age single mothers go to get a GED – the loser version of a high school diploma.
