Bill Widdicombe aka Gatecrasher from NY Daily News recently interviewed June Austin Spears, the grandfather of Jamie Lynn and Britney Spears. They’ve also touched the sensitive topic of Jamie Lynn Spears and her teenage pregnancy and June Austin Spears said that mother Lynne keeps her 16 years old daughter hidden. Lynne Spears is allegedly in denial of Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy thinking that it’s something that will go away. June Austin Spears said “…it’s not. It’s going to get bigger and bigger.” – old man knows what he’s talking about. Lynne Spears seems to be completely out.

There were rumors once that June Austin Spears took a shot at reporters and Gatecrasher asked him about that too. June Austin neighter confirmed nor denied the rumor so it all could be true for all we know. June Austin Spears is 77 years old.

After Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby is born, mother Lynne Spears will be looking after it. Jamie Lynn has decided to give up her baby to her mother so she can continue with her movie career. Having a baby is life changing and consequences are life long. Having to look after the child would definitely cost Jamie Lynn her career. Giving the baby up to mother Lynn will allow her to continue with acting and enjoy her teenage years without responsibilities that caring for new borns require.

I can’t help but see mother Lynne’s interest in her daughter making it. She’s enjoyed success of Britney Spears profusely and would like to do the same with her younger daughter. If Jamie Lynn turned into a mother and ended her acting career, Lynne would be devastated. Hence her intervention. She’s gonna look after the baby for as long as Jamie Lynn is doing well with Nickelodeon. That’s just how Lynne Spears is.

Lynne Spears is planning to raise the child back in Kentwood, Louisiana where the Spears’ own a $3 million estate.

It’s been almost a month since she has revealed big news of her pregnancy to the world and has pretty much kept it low profile since. And now at last we got a little sight of 16 years old Jamie Lynn being accompanied by her mom Lynne Spears and carrying a GED book. That’s good news, General Educational Development is good for you, Jamie Lynn. The only thing is that this is not the private academy in Mississippiwhere where Jamie Lynn was going to school.

She is leaving the Tangipahoa Parish School System Adult Education Center in Hammond, Louisiana, the place where convicts, drop-outs and teen-age single mothers go to get a GED – the loser version of a high school diploma.
